These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 11 Plus Practice Papers website and portal at 11pluspracticepapers.co.uk (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
11 Plus Practice Papers provides an online practice platform for children preparing for the 11+ exam. The platform includes practice questions, technique guides, timed mock papers, and a progress dashboard.
2. Account Registration
To access the platform, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information during registration.
- Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with others.
- All activity that occurs under your account.
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. One subscription covers up to two students from the same household.
3. Free Trial and Subscription
We offer a 5-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start the trial.
After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at the then-current price (currently £35/month). You will be notified before any charges begin.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid further charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@11pluspracticepapers.co.uk. There are no cancellation fees.
We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access until the end of the billing period.
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from using the Service, please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a credit or refund.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with others outside your household.
- Copy, redistribute, or resell any content from the platform.
- Use automated tools to access or scrape the platform.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the question bank or platform software.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the platform - including questions, technique guides, explanations, and software - is owned by or licensed to 11 Plus Practice Papers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal educational purposes only.
7. Educational Disclaimer
The platform is a practice tool designed to support 11+ exam preparation. We make every effort to ensure questions are accurate and reflect current exam formats. However, we make no guarantee that use of the Service will result in a specific exam outcome.
Exam formats and syllabi can change. We aim to keep the platform up to date but cannot guarantee accuracy at all times. Parents should also consult official information from their target schools and exam boards.
8. Availability and Updates
We aim to maintain the Service at all times but cannot guarantee 100% availability. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of planned downtime.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features from the platform. Significant changes that affect the core functionality will be communicated to subscribers in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 11 Plus Practice Papers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance.
